Training Workshop organized in UoT main & Gwadar campus

QUETTA: University of Turbat has organized a Three Day Training Workshop under Faculty Professional Development Program (FPDP) at main campus Turbat.

The teachers from various educational institutions and colleges which included Department of Law, visiting faculty from all departments, teaching assistance and teachers from different affiliated colleges has participated in training workshop.

The training workshop was aimed to enhance the professional skills of the participants through various modules including Micro Teaching, Learners Psychology, Communication Skills, teacher as a profession and Rules and Regulations of Semester System.

Appreciating the efforts of the Program Coordinator Mr. Qamber Ali Lecturer Department of Management Sciences and his team for organizing  training workshop for the capacity building of the faculty members and visiting faculty the Turbat University registrar Ghulam Farooq Baloch said that the UoTmanagement is committed to use its all resources to enhance the teaching quality in the university. Mr. Chakar Hyder Lecturer Political Science, Mr Basit Ali Lecturer Chemistry, Mr. Ameer Bakhsh and Mr Nadeem Jan Assistant Controller Examinations participated as Resource Person in the training workshop.

Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), last week also organized a two-day training workshop at Gwadar Campus of Turbat University. Besides visiting faculty members of Gwadar Campus, the lecturers from government boy’s degree college Gwadar,

government girl’s degree college Gwadar and GDA college Gwadar also participated in the training workshop. The vice chancellor Turbat University Prof Dr Abdul Razzaq Sabir inaugurated the training workshop. Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) director Prof Dr Gul Hassan, director Gwadar campus Ijaz Ahmed, training coordinator Muhammad Irshad Buledi and Sadia Naseer lecturer Education department also spoke on the occasion.
