QUETTA: At least six people of family, including two women have been killed and four others sustained injuries when a vehicle carrying passenger turned turtle at Buzi top of Makran Coastal Highway, on Friday evening.
Levies officials said that a family of 10 persons was on its way to Bela from Ormara in Mini truck and when it reached at Buzi top of the Makran highway the driver lost control of the vehicle as its break were failed.
As result of break failing, the mini truck turned turtle. Four people of the family including two women were killed on the spot and six others injured.
Levies rushed to the site after receiving information about the incident along with rescue workers and shifted bodies and injured to nearby health facility near Kund Miller.
“Two more injured succumbed to their injuries in the hospital before getting medical treatment,” Assistant Commissioner Bela, Jamil Ahmed Baloch said.
He said that four injured include a woman, a child and two male who were travelling in the mini truck.
